Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how “Litz Anchor LLC” (ID No. 402374738, address: Georgia, Kvariati, Andria Firstcalled St. 124), hereinafter “LITZ ANCHOR” and/or “we”, collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of persons who visit the website litzanchor.ge or contact us through any of our communication channels (“you”).

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and other applicable legislation. “Litz Anchor LLC” is the controller of your personal data.

What Data We Collect

Data you give us: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the content of your request, when you fill in a form on the Website, call us, or write to us via Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp or another messenger, or submit a lead form in an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram.

Communications: the messages you send us and our replies; for telephone calls — the date, time, duration and phone number of the call, and, where indicated at the beginning of the call, an audio recording of the conversation.

Your public profile: when you contact us through a social network or messenger, we receive the name and the profile identifier that you have made available on that platform.

Data collected automatically: the pages you visit, the advertisement or link through which you arrived (including advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters, gclid and fbclid), the device and browser type, IP address and the time of the visit. This data is collected with cookies and similar technologies.

We do not request, and ask you not to send us, special categories of personal data (health, religious beliefs, etc.).

Why We Use Your Data

To answer your request and to provide you with information about our projects, apartments, prices and payment terms.

To prepare and perform an agreement with you, if you decide to purchase real estate from us.

To keep a record of our communication, so that any of our managers can continue it without asking you to repeat yourself.

To measure the effectiveness of our advertising: to understand which advertisement brought a request, and to inform advertising platforms which requests were relevant, so that our advertisements are shown to people for whom they are relevant.

To comply with legal obligations and to protect our legal rights.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement and to perform it, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Cookies and Advertising Technologies

The Website uses cookies, including the Meta Pixel and the Google tag, to analyse visits and to measure and improve the effectiveness of advertisements on Facebook, Instagram and Google.

When you submit a request, we may transmit to Meta Platforms and Google, in encrypted (hashed) form, your phone number and/or e-mail address together with the status of your request (for example, “qualified” or “sold”). This lets the platforms match the request with the advertisement it came from. The platforms receive no other content of your communication.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, and manage advertising preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business and who process it on our behalf and under our instructions: website and server hosting providers, the telephony (PBX) operator, SMS service providers, e-mail providers, and Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and Google, through whose services you contact us or which measure our advertising.

We may also disclose data to public authorities when required by the legislation of Georgia.

Some of these providers process data outside Georgia. In such cases the data is transferred in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep the data of a request and our communication for as long as it is needed to answer you and to provide information about our projects, and in any case no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

If an agreement is concluded with you, the related data is kept for the period required by the legislation of Georgia (including tax and accounting legislation).

Call recordings are kept for no longer than 12 months.

Your Rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data and to receive a copy of it; to request correction, updating or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data; to request deletion of your data or restriction of its processing; to withdraw your consent at any time; and to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at sales@litzanchor.ge. We will respond within the time limit established by law, in any case within 10 working days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Data Deletion Request

To have your personal data deleted — including data we received when you contacted us through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or another messenger — send a request to sales@litzanchor.ge with the subject “Data deletion” and indicate the phone number, e-mail address or profile name through which you contacted us.

We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm the deletion in writing, except for data that we are required to keep by law.

Data Security

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, access and any other form of unlawful use. Access to personal data is granted only to employees who need it to perform their duties.

Children

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons under 18 years of age.

Amendments

“LITZ ANCHOR” may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is indicated at the top.
